This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use your Personal Information when you visit our website at https://www.RainMakerSuite.com or otherwise use the Platform as described further in the Terms of Service, and that you may provide in electronic messages to RainMaker Suite.

This Privacy Policy is subject to and governed by the RainMaker Suite Terms of Service. The Services are part of the Platform and are described further in the Terms of Service.

2. The Types of Information That RainMaker Suite Collects About You and How RainMaker Suite Collects Information About You


RainMaker Suite may collect two types of information from you when you visit the Platform: Personal Information and Non-Personal Information (collectively “Information”)

  • “Non-Personal Information” means data that is about you but does not identify you specifically. If you do nothing during your visit to our Platform but browse, read pages, or view content, we will gather and store Information about your visit that does not identify you personally.

  1. Directly from you when you provide it to us. For example, when you subscribe to a newsletter, create an account, make a purchase, or request information from RainMaker Suite. If you set up an appointment with us, attend a trade show or event, or otherwise contact us, you may also provide similar information. If you submit Personal Information about other people, you are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to do so and that you have obtained any necessary consent.

We obtain information through partners, vendors, suppliers, and other third parties located in any region in which we 1do business (e.g., advertising and marketing companies, data set/information vendors, public databases, social media platforms, or other RainMaker Suite service users). We take steps to confirm that information we receive from these third parties has been collected lawfully.

  3. Automatically as you navigate the Platform or while using our Services. We collect information about how you interact with the Platform via cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies. 3. How RainMaker Suite Uses Personal Information It Collects About You and the Purposes for Collection and Use


We use Personal Information that we collect about you or that you provide to us for the following purposes:

  1. For Functionality and Development of the Platform and RainMaker Suite Services.

  • We use information to provide, personalize, and maintain the Platform and other RainMaker Suite Services.

  • Some information (e.g., IP address) is used to communicate with your device, measure usage, diagnose server problems, and provide security features.

  • We also rely on data analysis to test, modify, and improve or develop new products, services, and technologies.

  • Some Platform features may leverage AI tools to enhance performance, but we do not retain Personal Information to develop, improve, or train generalized AI models.

  • We adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy when relevant.

  • We use cookies and related technologies (e.g., pixel tags) to operate our website, measure efficiency, and gather analytics.

  1. For Customer Support, Platform Updating, and Reporting.

  • Information is used to check that the Platform works properly, provide updates and reports, and to ensure you have the latest security patches and features.

  • We rely on certain data to analyze performance and verify eligibility for promotional offers.

  1. For Business Operations.

  • We use information to perform accounting, auditing, billing, reconciliation, crime or fraud monitoring, and to fulfill contractual obligations.

Legal Basis for Our Use (EEA and UK Visitors):

  • We only collect and process Personal Information where we have your consent, need it to perform a contract, have a legal obligation, or have a legitimate interest not overridden by your fundamental rights.

  • RainMaker Suite is the Data Controller for Personal Information collected in the EEA and UK, unless otherwise specified or if RainMaker Suite is acting as a Data Processor of your data.

  • We only retain Personal Information as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. We may anonymize your Personal Information for research or statistical purposes.

4. How RainMaker Suite Protects Your Information

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational security measures to protect your Personal Information from risks like unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. We also require our suppliers and vendors to apply similar protections. While we strive to safeguard your data, no system can be 100% secure. 5. When RainMaker Suite Shares Your Information

RainMaker Suite works with affiliates, authorized suppliers, and business partners. When we share your Personal Information, we ensure it is only for legal and authorized purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.

  • With Affiliates and Subsidiaries: Only for purposes consistent with this Policy.

  • With Suppliers: Authorized vendors (e.g., product delivery, hosting, data analysis, IT services, auditing, customer service).

  • With Partners: For certain promotions, joint products, research, or to facilitate services on the Platform.

  • For Advertising and Marketing: We may share information so third parties can provide personalized ads and measure campaign effectiveness.

  • For Connections to Social Networks/3rd-Party Services: If you connect social media profiles or authorize a 3rd-party service to access your account, those activities are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

We do not sell your Personal Information for monetary compensation. We also do not share your phone number or opt-in consent with third parties unless we’ve received your express written consent to do so. Non-personally identifiable or aggregated information may be shared with suppliers for analytics and research.

6. Information From Children

We do not knowingly collect or solicit data from children under 16. If you are under 16, do not provide any Information about yourself. If you become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with Personal Information, contact us so we can delete it.

7. Links to Other Websites and Services

We are not responsible for the practices of websites or services linked to or from the Platform. This Privacy Policy does not govern third-party practices, including data collection, use, or disclosure. The inclusion of a link on the Platform does not imply endorsement by us or our affiliates.

8. Do Not Track

At this time, the Platform does not respond to “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals.

9. Your Legal Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to or correction of your Personal Information, or to opt out of certain kinds of marketing. Specific rights for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, the EEA, and the UK are described in later sections.

If you believe your Personal Information is being used in a manner inconsistent with this Privacy Policy, contact your local data protection authority. Under certain conditions, you may also invoke binding arbitration under the relevant Data Privacy Framework.

11. International Compliance

RainMaker Suite is based in the United States but operates globally. We may transfer your Personal Information across borders, ensuring compliance with applicable laws. If your Personal Information originates in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we adhere to Data Privacy Framework (DPF) Principles and take additional steps to safeguard data during international transfers.

12. Data Privacy Framework

RainMaker Suite Inc. and LeadConnector LLC comply with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. RainMaker Suite has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that RainMaker Suite and LeadConnector adhere to the DPF Principles with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union, the UK (and Gibraltar), and Switzerland. If there is any conflict between the terms in this Privacy Policy and the DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. RainMaker Suite may be required to disclose Personal Information in response to lawful requests by public authorities.

13. California Privacy Rights

For California residents, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) provides various rights, including:

  • Right to Know / Access the Personal Information we collect, use, or disclose.

  • Right to Deletion of certain Personal Information.

  • Right to Opt Out of the “sale” or “sharing” of Personal Information if such activities occur.

  • Right to Correct inaccurate Personal Information.

  • Nondiscrimination for exercising these rights.

RainMaker Suite does not sell your Personal Information. If you wish to opt out of cross-contextual targeted advertising (“sharing”), please contact us using the “HOW TO CONTACT US” section below. Some exceptions apply, including when data is retained for recordkeeping or compliance with laws.

14. Colorado Privacy Rights

If you are a Colorado resident, you have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act (“CPA”), such as the right to access, correct, or delete your Personal Information. You can designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf, subject to verification. If we deny your request, we will explain why. If we have not responded within 45 days, you have the right to appeal by contacting us.

15. Connecticut Privacy Rights

Connecticut residents have rights under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (“CTDPA”). You can exercise these rights by contacting us (see HOW TO CONTACT US). If we decline to take action regarding your request, you have the right to appeal.

16. Utah Privacy Rights

Utah residents have rights under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (“UCPA”). You can exercise these rights by contacting us (see HOW TO CONTACT US).

17. Virginia Privacy Rights

Virginia residents have rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (“VCDPA”), including the right to access, delete, or correct Personal Information, and opt out of targeted advertising or sale of Personal Information. We will verify your identity and explain any denial. You may appeal our decision if we decline to take action.
